Join us at the beautiful forest sanctuary of Graylag for a weekend of rest, reconnection, and seasonal nourishment. Graylag is a beautiful 300 acre preserve on Wild Goose Pond in Pittsfield, NH. Known for its expansive network of nature trails, Graylag’s land art invites quiet reflection and an awakening of the senses.
To build connection with your inner wisdom, find quiet, peace, and whole-body harmony this retreat combines:
Nature-based and Earth-honoring practices
Chinese Medicine Teachings
Acupuncture, Sound Healing, Reiki
Nourishing Meals
Ample time for reflection and spacious rest
Fall invites us to soften and surrender as we approach a season of introspection and inward focus. This experience offers time, space, and guidance to honor that rhythm without pressure or performance.
With a shared dedication to nature‑based wellness, Dr. Caroline Moody and Stacey Caplinger combine their extensive experience, insight, and welcoming presence to create a spacious and supportive container for this offering. Andrea Williams brings a deep anchoring presence and culinary wizardry that will support and nourish your body with mindfully prepared meals during our time together.
This retreat is being offered in partnership with Revive Adventures, a New England based non-profit, built on the belief that the outdoors keeps us grounded, connected, and feeling alive. Their mission is rooted in stewardship: caring for the wild places that care for us and inspiring a lifestyle of adventure, balance and purpose.
