“Connecting with nature in a heart-centered way is a bridge between recognizing one’s own sovereignty and the sovereignty of every other being in existence. Once we arrive here, we are guided to the truth of oneness. Nothing is separate, and we can ultimately hold the essence of our untarnished true purpose and a deep knowing that we are already whole.”
Forest Therapy
Rooted in the practice of Shinrin‑Yoku, the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, and informed by research on nature and human health, a Forest Therapy walk can reduce stress, nurture emotional balance, and deepen connection with the natural world.
What is Forest Therapy?
A guided Forest Therapy walk is a slow, sensory‑oriented immersion designed to support relaxation, presence, and a deeper relationship with the natural world. Rooted in the practice of Shinrin‑Yoku, the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing, and informed by research on nature and human health, the walk follows a sequence that creates psychological safety, spaciousness, and opportunities for meaningful connection.

“Stacey’s Forest Therapy Walk was truly beautiful. I was way out of my comfort zone being out in the cold, but I realized it was just the medicine I needed. Her guidance felt gentle and grounding, and the way she offered invitations to explore felt so welcoming and easy. I felt safe. I felt held by the trees. I felt deeply welcome. Thank you, Stacey for an experience that I look forward to revisiting again and again. ”
